GROUP 2/3
GROUP 2/3 Gear Pumps and Motors.
Flow rates: 52 / 64 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 150 / 180 (L/min at 2000 rpm) and operating pressures up to 180 bar.
Types of drive gears: Splined Z:13 SAE, Z:15 SAE, cylindrical ø22.2, ø25.4, conical 1:8 (G2B), 1:8 (G3C) and specials upon request. The gears are supported on roller bearings and are hydraulically compensated with anti-friction bushings made of bronze alloy or aluminum alloy.
Mounting flange: PL2, PL3, SAE A, SAE B, Power Take-Off (PTO), MI (Michigan type), and special types on request.
Housing: Made of cast iron. The inlet and outlet ports can be PL or SAE type, with NPT, UNF, or special threads.
Rear cover: Standard, with drain, rear outlet, rear inlet and outlet, double side ports, double rear ports, and customized.
It is possible to assemble multiple G2/3 units in their various flow rate combinations, and they can also be used as a front pump in a G2/3-G1 assembly.
Additionally, this group allows for the assembly of proportional rotary dividers according to the application need.
